Lunchtime mindfulness…Take 30 minutes in the middle of the day to connect to your heart, cultivate inner peace and happiness and clarify your intention for the day. Everyone is welcome to attend these guided meditations. No previous experience is necessary. So the outline for the 5 weeks is as follows (we are not looking at any heavy meditations, very light, contemplation and enquiry style).
The focus will be on the foundations with greater opportunity for awareness through periods of silence:
