So what is non-meditation…. ultimately this is the goal of most practitioners…. to get to a point where all of the effort has dropped away and we are resting openly.
All of the most advanced tantric practices point to this as a key method of achieving equanimity, or stillness as some people like to call it.
The present goes beyond words and actions. There is a stillness found around the breath and our ability to abide in the space that we can find there.

On this 4 week online course we will be reflecting, exploring and sitting with our thoughts and the forever changing state of emotions and movement within the body. T
Over the 4 weeks, we will be coming together to be still, through engaging in this nothing(ness). Non-Meditation
Some of the concepts that we will be discussing may seem confusing and difficult to comprehend for those just starting their practise. So this course is recommended for those in regular practise.
We will be sitting in guided stillness each class, followed by some enquiry into the nature of our minds and our relationship with them. Non-Meditation

Aimed at those regularly practising, looking at shallowing their understanding of presence and stillness.
