The meditation techniques that we teach are non-religious and not based on the teachings of any particular group or philosophy. They are meant to be accessible to a wide range of people and easy to practice.
Dan speaks directly, frankly and honestly which is what I like the most. He is so easy to follow and genuine in his explanations its so refreshing. I would not change anything about his manner.

Course was very beneficial for my understanding and practice of meditation. I practice more often with more intensity. Even if I struggled to find time to meditate, thanks to Dan I know several ways of how to be more mindful during my busy schedule.

The content, practical exercises and the fluidity of the day was perfect, very harmonious and sincere atmosphere.
This was demonstrated at the end of retreat with the diviners treat. For me my aspirations was realignment to focus on recultivating self compassion to open my eyes and heart to appreciation and I achieved it and much more.

Dan is welcoming, open and approachable teacher. His voice is calm and soothing wich makes going into meditations very easy. Dan is knowledgable and professional and he made me feel safe and at ease.

This was an amazing course meeting all my expectations and more. Having never meditated before the feeling after was wonderful. I have now started to practice meditation and has enabled me to learn the importance of thinking about myself and have time for myself.

Dan made this course what it was, he was so welcoming and made everyone feel so at ease. The course was ran at a perfect pace, Dan was willing to answer any questions but at the same time he did not push for anything from us, there was no pressure at all (as I have found in past courses… Tutors expect you to give them feedback straight away.) Dans whole persona is so chilled he in my eyes is the perfect teacher of mediation.
Really loved the ‘tasting board’ of different types of meditation, enabling experience and sampling of various disciplines. I now use meditation daily, sometimes more than once daily, and still try different types as I am not yet consistently able to reach a calm and focussed mindset in any single discipline – although this is improving. I feel a reduction in pressure to please others and live up to expectations, and more comfortable pleasing just myself – something that is taking a lot of getting accustomed to.
Dan’s friendly aura and genuine smiling face always made me feel welcome from the first minute. The tone of his voice was very calming and confident.
