STRESS STORY

So Wrong breathes in and out through its mouth frantically, nervously, begins to panic / not cope, bumps in to Stress who is freaking out, heart pumping / palms sweating / feeling faint and as they peak and begin to pass out, they are caught by Breath.

Breath advises Nasal and Calm appears.

As Confidence saunters in saying, “Nasal breathing all the way ” and meditation is miraculously in progress.

Just then out of the blue, Smile comes to light

WHY IS NASAL BREATHING THE CORRECT BREATHING MECHANISM

The nose has nasal hairs, which filter foreign particles

and in this way purify the intake of your air

Your nose has turbo-two nostrils

Your nasal passages are spiralled

They are also a specific size for correct volume of air intake

Nasal passages reduce as they deepen which increases and controls the speed of air entering

Olfactory nerve carries smells and oxygen directly to the brain

Encourages deep diaphragmatic breathing

I am Storm / Eye of the Storm

I have been seeking the true meaning of life for 21 years now. I believe I have not only discovered the meaning of life but the tools and information of how to use it. Having said that let me say that the true meaning of life is your unique creation of it. Each and everyone has a purpose and reason individual to themselves, a manifestation of who they really are.
