The practise of presence is never more important than right now : )
The present is this exact moment. It doesn’t consider what just happened or what will happen in the next moment.
The present goes beyond words and actions. It is you, the self, the ‘I’, the awareness.
All of the external accoutrements of being human are about relating to the world around you-to people, to places, to things. Being present to yourself means being in conscious moment awareness. Learning to be present is the foundation of who you are in this life unfolding.

Over the 5 weeks, we will be coming together to be still, through engaging this moment.
Some of the concepts that we will be discussing may seem confusing and difficult to comprehend for those just starting their practise. So this course is recommended for those in regular practise.
Mindfulness Meditations (formal & informal)
We will be sitting in silence each class, followed by some enquiry into the nature of our minds and our relationship with them.
Aimed at those regularly practising, looking at deepening their understanding of presence and stillness.
