So Wrong breathes in and out through its mouth frantically, nervously, begins to panic / not cope, bumps in to Stress who is freaking out, heart pumping / palms sweating / feeling faint and as they peak and begin to pass out, they are caught by Breath.
Breath advises Nasal and Calm appears.
As Confidence saunters in saying, “Nasal breathing all the way ” and meditation is miraculously in progress.

and in this way purify the intake of your air
