We are our own worsts critics. . .

If its not beating ourselves up for the way we look, it’s for being a poor parent, a poor employee/manager or business owner. We judge the decisions we make, the way we act, our friends, family and colleagues. We never just accept the situation for all that it is. 

Acceptance with our current situation, no matter how dire the circumstance, need to start with acceptance of our self.

We need to stop listening to that little voice that seems to want to place a negative on things that you have done, or about to do. How can you ever truly know the outcome of everything? Something’s you just have no control over the outcome… 

It’s all about letting go, acceptance of the situation and accepting you for who and where you are.

Over the class we will experience 2 self compassion focused meditations which may include;

> Body Scan with compassion
> Sitting with Emotions
> Metta
> Breathing with compassion

There will also be talks and exercises to complete during the workshop. 

Handouts with some exercises to continue at home will be offered. 
Suitable for beginners or anyone looking at bringing self compassion into their life through meditation and mindfulness.
