We will not be looking at any heavy, deep meditations, very light, contemplation and enquiry style.

WEEK 2 – Extending our Breath – Thich Nhat Hanh inspired Meditation– Hurdles to our practise – Why we practise – Losing the judgement – Meditation vs relaxation
WEEK 3 – Sound Meditation & Breathing Meditation – Noticing distractions – using mindfulness through distraction
WEEK 4 – Mind is like the sky Meditation– (meditation on thoughts) – Why would seeing the mind being like the sky be effective? – The nature of our mind & our Monkey Mind
WEEK 5 – Body Scan Meditation (x 2) – Embodiment and its importance in mindfulness and remaining calm
WEEK 6 – Breathing Compassion – Why Compassion is so important and Compassion in Action.
