A Mindful Path to Happiness will deepen our understanding of why we practise, compassion, gratitude and silence.
We will be using meditation to grow through acceptance of who we truly are, incomparable, unique, a gift.
Mindfulness Meditations (formal & informal)
Mindfulness practice helps us to see more clearly the patterns of the mind and teaches us to stay in the present moment, rather than reliving the past or pre-living the future.
The practise will include:
Somatic, Sitting with compassion, Metta Group format, Walking, Objectlesness with others.
Get a greater understanding in a group format of some of the most amazing and engaging meditations completed daily, globally by millions.
Longer Periods of Meditation: We will be sitting for some meditations 20mins +
Push your boundaries of dealing with silence and becoming more mindful. Opening up your awareness to a heightened level through longer meditative periods.
