Who is Tim?

I’ve actually been involved in health and fitness since 1985 when I started working as a recreation assistant at Fort Regent Jersey.

When I left Fort Regent in 1988 I got a position as the Development Coach at the Caesarean Tennis Club,

Jersey as well as a position as a swimming teacher at Le Mourier Swim School, at the same time. In 1997 I stopped  tennis coaching and swimming teaching to develop and run a sports coaching activity for children called Sports Bug.
Sports Bug focused on developing core skills so that children could go on to enjoy and excel in the future.
It was and still is one of the most popular sports activities for children aged 2 to 11 in Jersey.

In 2012

My sports related qualifications & certificates  acquired between 1988 – 2003 include:
• Development Coach Award LTA
• ASA Swimming Teaching level 1
• FA Coach Level 1
• Hockey Coach Level 1
• Cricket Coach Level 1

Here are my Personal Training Qualifications acquired in December 2012:

• Master Personal Trainer with Triple Honours Diploma in Personal Training
• Certified Personal Trainer including REPS 3
• Certified Fitness Instructor including REPS 2
• Certificate in Advanced PT Skills
• Certificate in Nutrition and Weight Management
• Certificate in Motivation and Life Coaching
• Certificate in Clinical Exercise and Specific Populations
• Certificate in Functional Training and Sports
• Certificate in PT Business
