Milind Vanjare is a mindfulness teacher but, first and foremost, a devoted mindfulness practitioner (who’s still learning, discovering and deepening every day).
Sharing the art of mindful (Loving awareness) living is my passion and my purpose. My passion for teaching mindfulness stems from my firm belief that anyone can create the kind of incredible inner transformation I have undergone once they know how.
