Shoonya Transformational Mindfulness Meditation


These techniques are purely based on yogic science, and thus are suitable for anyone, regardless of one’s religion, ethnicity, social background, age, or gender.

Introductory session objectives: (1 Hour)

Session is a ‘jargon-free zone’ guided by three core values: simplicity, clarity, and accessibility. (There’s also a big emphasis on having fun).

  • Shoonya TMM basics – ‘Meditation Made Simple’
  • Apply an understanding of the concept of mindfulness
  • Utilize simple guided meditations
  • List the ethical and attitudinal foundations necessary to cultivating mindfulness
  • Assess how we can choose where to focus our awareness
  • Plan to use mindfulness to help us develop compassion and insight into our true nature

Milind Vanjare is a mindfulness teacher but, first and foremost, a devoted mindfulness practitioner (who’s still learning, discovering and deepening every day).

Sharing the art of mindful (Loving awareness) living is my passion and my purpose. My passion for teaching mindfulness stems from my firm belief that anyone can create the kind of incredible inner transformation I have undergone once they know how.

5 mins – Introduction – Setting intention for Session
10 mins -Brief history/ Different types/ What / How to find space/ How to find time for meditation etc.
10 mins -Setting positive mind frame – simple positive mental exercise
10 – Deep Breathing and simple mindful awareness  exercise
25 – Two types of meditation – Metta – Self Love, Self compassion
