Who is Sam?
Sam Milho has been practising yoga for 10 years and finally became a yoga teacher last year. She continues to study and undertake new trainings and specialises in Vinyasa, Yin yoga and Pranayama and is extremely passionate about bringing an awareness of breath to the world.
