In this course we will deepen our understanding on Meditation and Mindfulness techniques to develop and enhance self compassion and self acceptance.  We will also be looking at ways to use meditation to grow through acceptance of who we truly are, incomparable.Research shows that the more we practice being kind and compassionate with ourselves, either using informal practices such as the Self-Compassion Break, or formal meditation practices such as Affectionate Breathing – the more we’ll increase the habit of self-compassion.

RBC Staff, Compassionate Curiosity Course – 5 Weeks

Cultivating Compassion and Acceptance, the heart of Mindfulness Practise.

In this course we will deepen our understanding on Meditation and Mindfulness techniques to develop and enhance self compassion and self acceptance.  We will also be looking at ways to use meditation to grow through acceptance of who we truly are, incomparable.

Mindfulness practice helps us to see more clearly the patterns of the mind and teaches us to stay in the present moment, rather than reliving the past or pre-living the future.

RAIN, Body Scan for Compassion, Breathing Compassion, Sitting with compassion, Yoga Nidra, Metta Group format,  and possibly others.

Get a greater understanding in a group format of some of the most amazing and engaging compassionate meditations completed daily, globally by millions.

Longer Periods of Meditation:

Push your boundaries of dealing with silence and becoming more mindful. Opening up your awareness to a heightened level through longer meditative periods.
