UK & Europe recognised British School of Meditation accredited trainer, Daniel Ireland, will gradually guide you through a wide range of different meditations, aimed to ease you into this wonderful, potentially life changing tool.

Each day there will be guided sessions of mindfulness meditation, discussion and time for question and answers. Suitable for both complete beginners and those who want to refresh their practice.

As part of the course you will be given links and scripts to continue on the practising at home.

We will discuss the week that has gone, what meditations you have used, what worked, and what didn’t.

By the end of the course, you will have tried a wide range of meditations, to start focusing on the ones you find best works for you in dealing with Anxiety & Stress.

It’s widely considered the best beginner’s meditation since it’s easy, effective, and requires no special training to get started.

It’s the meditation of choice among people who regularly face unusual levels of stress.

Researchers from Johns Hopkins University sifted through over 18,000 mindfulness meditation studies and concluded that its best use was for anxiety, depression, and pain management.

Each day there will be guided sessions of mindfulness meditation, discussion and time for question and answers. Suitable for both complete beginners and those who want to refresh their practice. Mindfulness For Anxiety and Stress

Over the 5 weeks you will get an understanding of:

  • Acceptance & Sound Meditations 
  • Meditations for the 21st Century

We also look at, as often as possible:

  • Meditations/Mindfulness to do at work
  • Making Stress your friend
  • Development of Self Compassion
  • Acceptance and its place in Mindfulness
  • Hints and Tips I have learnt from my own practise but also through the teachers I have learnt from

As part of the course you will be given links and scripts to continue on the practising at home as well as a group page for weekly hints tips and advice from the teacher. Foundations in Meditation and Mindfulness

#Kate Dan was excellent in providing a range of tools and techniques to be fully present and was very supportive when we discussed challenges we were experiencing with the formal practice. Dan was very welcoming, happy to be approached with questions and was accepting of us in our journey to being able to capture the moment.

Dan was amazing, I couldn’t think of anyway he could support the course attenders more. Dan was happy to provide the meditation solutions on a different platform when I stated I could not access drop box.
