Who is Luke?

A fully qualified and accredited Meditation instructor through the ‘British school of Meditation’ I have a passion for helping people become empowered to make positive changes in their lives and self-manage stress and anxiety.

Since 2012 I have worked with people being released from prison helping them to build stable lives through often difficult circumstances; gaining invaluable experience in how to successfully guide people through times of stress and worry.

After eight years of daily meditation practice I dedicate myself becoming an instructor and combine my years of one-to-one clients working with my love and knowledge of meditation. And as well as gaining my ‘British school of Meditation’ teaching certificate I’m currently enrolled on the ‘Mindfulness Now’ teacher training programme which is recommended by the ‘British Psychological Society’ and the ‘NHS’ and focuses on ‘Mindfulness for Stress Reduction’ and ‘Mindfulness for Pain Management’ techniques.

Meditation has allowed me to improve all areas of my life and balance my work and family commitments (while keeping stress to a minimum!)

I feel strongly that everyone can use basic meditation techniques to self-manage stress and live more fulfilled and lives and look forward to leading classes at Awareful!
