Zumba Fitness is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. While many of the types of dance and music featured in the program are Latin American inspired, classes can also contain everything from jazz to African beats to country to hip-hop and pop.

    • Length: 60 mins
    • Everyone
    • Any other specific requirements – no running trainers – flat thread trainers are best and a smile!

Who is Betty?

I’ve been teaching Zumba since dec 2014 and I absolutely love teaching Zumba classes. I trained in StrongNation inAug 2016 and started teaching shortly after. I am also Level 3 PT. Recently I have trained in Zumba Toning (Zumba using light weight weights) classes coming soon!
