Every time we step on our mats is an opportunity to reconnect. 

Yoga is a spiritual practice that can aid our physical and mental health, which I believe are very much connected. A practice of self-inquiry and ultimately of self-love. 

Yoga is a practise of love and devotion and I consider myself very lucky that I am able to support you, wherever you are on your yoga journey.

In more ‘normal times’, pre-lockdown, I teach weekly group and private classes, as well as various monthly workshops, events and Yin Yoga sessions.

During the spring and summer months you will find me teaching on the beautiful beaches in Jersey.

Props suggested. Bolster, blocks if available. Otherwise grab a couple of firm cushions & 2 large books.

Yin yoga is a still practise. A practise closer to pre-modern yoga – which was about immobility and connection. This will be the perfect workshop for those looking to deepen their connection to their true self during these uncertain times. Amanda Cassar – Yin Yoga

Who is Amanda?

Yoga is so much more than just a physical practice – it is an internal practice.

By using the physical aspect of yoga asanas we are able to connect.

My yoga mat is my ‘rectangular lab’ where I get to work on and examine myself. A place for self inquiry.
