Meditation and Mindfulness is for everyone. You don’t have to be religious. It offers you an opportunity to reflect, be more thoughtful, ulitmately cultivating some much need space to be me rational and compassionate. 

Meditation is a systematic and logical approach to understanding, calming and bringing some control to the mind and thoughts leading to realisation of who we truly are. The course is for:

  • anyone, at all levels of experience.
  • anyone 15 years and over and interested in Mindfulness and meditation
  • anyone simply wanting a gentle, relaxed meditation experience at an introductory level.
  • anyone who may have tried different ‘styles’ of meditation previously and didn’t like or benefit from the experience
  • anyone wanting an understanding of the fundamental and underlying principles of meditation

What will you receive?

  • A gentle, systematic and safe introduction to the calming practices of meditation, mindfulness and relaxation.
  • Easy and accessible meditation practises.
