Who is Tina?

Tina Hesse is a passionate wellbeing ambassador, having won a commendation in the Leaders of Wellbeing awards 2019. Tina helped create the Wellbeing Service for the Education Department, supports various charities regarding wellbeing and is a Childhood Studies Lecturer and lead for Staff Wellbeing.

Tina has a Masters Degree in Applied Positive and Coaching Psychology, is a Mindfulness Meditation teacher, Integrative Sandplay therapist, and Self Love coach. Tina has worked with children, young people and adults to promote holistic health and wellbeing to promote flourishing and creating their best possible self and life.Tina Hesse A Workshop for Children
